Track record of over 25 years with Sandler in Ontario, training and developing Sales Teams and Sales Leaders around the Global. Working with Previous B2B sales with General Electric Company Plc. (UK & Canadian divisions). Within 5 years of managing a team of 50+, we made the company the second largest player in the UK. My team in Canada then increased sales by over 300% and profits over 400% (during a recession). My experience now includes over 35 years working in sales and Sales Management and 27 years of training and coaching sales teams using the Sandler Sales Methodology. Longest serving Sandler Franchise in Canada.

In 1996, I founded Progressive Concepts Inc. - an international sales force development firm located in Southwestern Ontario. For more than 21 years, we have been helping independent business owners and corporations to grow their businesses at a much faster rate, exceed sales targets, and become market leaders. Many of our clients see a minimum of 30%+ increase within their first year working with us.

Certified by Objective Management Group (OMG) as a Sales Force Development Expert. We use the best sales specific assessments to get the results our clients NEED
and to help them make the correct decisions, for hiring sales candidates. We also evaluating existing sales force using a unique Sales Effectiveness and Improvement Analysis (SEIA) to determine if they have the right people.
