As a Fractional Sales Manager and Sales Leadership Coach I bring over 40 years in generating top line growth experience and specialize in leading B2B sales organizations of 1-10 reps where the CEO/Owner, who is also the Sales Manager, is stretched thin and the business is not yet ready for a dedicated full time sales leader. I also work with existing Sales Management, providing targeted best practices direction and coaching for creating a results driven culture and accountability within the sales organization.
