In my role as a business consultant, I apply the knowledge that I have learned over the years to help in the success of other entrepreneurs. I approach this effort by evaluating the people, systems and strategies using my experience and the software tools from OMG (Objective Management Group) to build a snapshot of the company and its processes. With this information I work collaboratively with the business owner to develop effective operation procedures including, finding the right hiring criteria, setting goals for filing the sales pipeline, setting up tools to evaluate the sales management that ensure accountability with the goal to formalize the sales process just to name a few.
I am a lifelong entrepreneur with a diverse background in business and business processes. Over the years, I have had five successful ventures including: Commercial and residential real estate investing, Manufacturer Representative in the Security Equipment market, Equipment Finance/Leasing in the business equipment market, Manufacturing and sales of a Patented Consumer Product, and a Company in the Legal Recreational Marijuana market. While each business brought its own unique opportunities, they all also shared many of the same challenges including developing, documenting, and supporting processes to ensure repeatability and effectiveness that ensured results. My diversity gives me insight and compassion for the many challenges that business owners face. I understand how many hats an entrepreneur must wear and the feeling you are all alone while still needed to implement solutions to problems using actionable plans.
