Passionate about nurturing sales leaders and consulting on organizational development to improve the sales operations function, I have spent the last 15 years driving lead generation, sales team management, CRM development, and marketing development to enable teams and technologies in reaching revenue goals.

I currently lead as a Market Development Manager for Caregility and teach as an Adjunct Professor for University of South Florida. Prior to my current role, I ran a consulting company focusing on providing outsourced capabilities in the areas of General Management, Senior Leadership and VP of Sales helping companies become profitable by implementing structure and measurement systems.
