I'm both a Revenue Architect focused on helping companies build strong, sustainable recurring revenue growth engines within their organizations, and an Executive Coach working with individuals and groups to set goals and work towards them.
In my Revenue Architect role I focus on helping Recurring Revenue businesses use systems thinking to identify opportunities to optimize. My many years of leadership experience as a CS practitioner and running Business Operations, coupled with the amazing IP and Models Winning by Design applies, allow me to bring a great mix of skills and knowledge to my consulting engagements.
In my Executive Coach role I work with individual leaders and leadership teams. I leverage a wide range of tools and systems thinking to help my clients establish goals, identify blockers to those goals, and work through them to achieve desired outcomes. I am presently earning my certification via participation in the Hudson Institute's outstanding program.
